Accounts Assistant - St Albans

Job Title: Accounts Assistant Location: St Albans Job Type: Permanent - office based Salary: £40000 JGA are partnered with a leading international business who are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join them on a permanent basis. The Role: - Prepare and send weekly Receivables reports, identify overdue invoices, and coordinate with Sales and clients for timely collections. - Collaborate with Customer Service and Sales to resolve invoice issues, investigate overdue invoices, and provide management reports. - Manage Letters of Credit, ensuring timely collections and resolving discrepancies with the bank and customer services. - Post daily customer payments, assist with monthly closing activities, and track intercompany accounts receivable reconciliations.
