About the role: As a Secondary Early Career Teacher, you will have the chance to teach across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering engaging lessons and inspiring students to achieve their full potential. You will work closely with experienced staff who will mentor and guide you through your induction period, ensuring you develop the skills and confidence needed to excel in your teaching career. About you: Able to obtain suitable references and a valid DBS check. Suitable qualification to teach i.e PGCE/BeD, with a valid QTS/QTLS. Have strong communication skills with the ability to quickly built a good rapport with students and staff. Have a passion for working with children and inspiring them with your knowledge.
