Packaging Specialist Food Manufacturing Location: Pembrokeshire Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 This role focuses on developing and optimizing packaging processes in the factory while ensuring compliance with company standards. Key responsibilities include leading packaging projects from concept to industrialization, ensuring high quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery. The role also involves supporting technology transfer and collaborating with suppliers and procurement to drive packaging improvements, resolve material issues, and reduce costs. As the packaging expert, the individual shares best practices with R&D, market teams, and industry networks. They ensure compliance with quality standards through audits and continuous improvements. Additionally, they provide technical support to factory operations and manage packaging data, optimizing specifications and pallet layouts to enhance efficiency.
