Junior HR Business Partner – High-Growth Business Location: Birmingham, UK Salary: £40,000 + Excellent Benefits Company: Nter Talent on behalf of our client Nter Talent is excited to be partnering with a rapidly growing UK business that is seeking a passionate and dynamic Junior HR Business Partner to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a true HR generalist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute across the entire business. You’ll play a key role in supporting employees across the UK while working closely with the UK leadership team. Key Responsibilities: Provide full-spectrum HR support across the business, ensuring alignment with company goals. Partner with managers and employees on all HR-related matters, from employee relations to performance management. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and initiatives. Collaborate on recruitment efforts, onboarding, training, and development strategies. Support in driving key HR projects, ensuring employee engagement and company culture remain at the forefront. Handle HR data, reporting, and ensuring compliance with UK employment law. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in an HR generalist role (minimum 2 years). Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with employees at all levels. Proactive mindset with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Driven and motivated to progress into a leadership role—this position has a clear career path to become UK HR Manager.
