HVAC / Mechanical Estimator

Our Client brings over 30 years’ experience in HVAC & Energy Services design and supply. As a business they have provided services to some of the largest oil & gas and offshore wind farm projects in existence, requiring the team to work closely with customers to develop the initial design detail, co-ordination and interface requirements. Based out of Middlesbrough, the team are experienced in developing projects that include all the latest technologies, systems and equipment, and can provide a complete turnkey service to ensure all projects meets the highest level of quality, performance and safety required by industry. Key Services: MEP Design and Estimation Services Procurement, Inspection & Validation Equipment Manufacture Project Management QA/QC & Inspection Commissioning Services With further contract wins and multiple tender opportunities across multiple long term clients, the business is looking to add a commercially focused HVAC Estimator to the team asap. The Mechanical Estimator will play a vital role by providing accurate cost estimates for mechanical systems in projects. This position involves analysing project specifications and collaborating with various managers to develop detailed estimates for plumbing, HVAC, and other mechanical components. Applications are invited from seasoned Estimators with a strong Buildings Services / HVAC background, living local to the Middlesbrough/Teesside area, who can work well under pressure and form part of a high performing wider pre-construction division
