We have an excellent opportunity for a Locum Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to assist within a reputable firm in Dorset, starting in November for 3 months +. The Opportunity We are partnering with a friendly, reputable firm to source a Locum Residential Property Solicitor or Locum Legal Executive to start in November for 3 months + whilst the firm recruit on a permanent basis. The ideal locum will be looking to assist 5 days per week. This is an office-based role and the firm is within walking distance to the nearest station. Responsibilities The successful Locum will manage a busy caseload consisting of residential property matters. They will benefit from dedicated secretarial support. Duties to include: Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties Re-mortgages Transfer of equity Right to buy Benefits Friendly culture and team Full time dedicated secretarial support Free on-site parking Within walking distance to the nearest station Requirements At least 6 years' experience as a Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive Experience handling busy caseloads of residential property matters Ability to work self-sufficiently and hit the ground running in a locum role To be considered for this opportunity please contact Birchrose Associates for a confidential discussion.
