Job Title: Headteacher with Trust Lead OpportunityLocation: Boston, LincolnshireEmployment Type: Permanent, Full-TimeSalary: £77,195 - £89,414 plus up to £8,000 Relocation AllowanceStart Date: January 2025 or soonerMLK Education Search are pleased to be supporting this small, but mightily ambitious Secondary CofE Academy in securing their next Headteacher to lead the school on it's aspirational journey.Having come out of Inadequate (2018), through Requires Improvement (2020) and now with 3 out of 4 areas graded as Good by Ofsted (October 2023), they are looking for a confident Head who can secure a Good grading for Quality of Education, to fully reward them for the hard work that has gone into the last 6 years.As a Church of England school, values that are deep-rooted in the Christian story, are the driving force and resonate through everything they do; thus creating an inclusive culture where all faiths are valued.The environment is designed to be rewarding, stimulating, and challenging so that students can fulfil their potential.
