They are now looking for a motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to contribute to a prestigious £250m water project.

Senior Quantity Surveyor What you will be doing:
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will:

• Report to the Regional Director/Manager and Commercial Manager.
• Monitor and analyse contract performance.
• Administer day-to-day commercial operations, ensuring financial success.
• Implement commercial procedures and prepare accurate sub-contracts.
• Maintain high professional standards with clients and mentor junior staff.
• Ensure timely submissions and protect the company s interests.
• Manage sub-contractor performance and payment processes.
• Lead meetings and manage the commercial team.
• Involve in dispute resolution and risk assessment.

Senior Quantity Surveyor Key Accountabilities:

• Submit and analyse performance data.
• Administer and draft commercial contracts.
• Mentor and develop junior staff.
• Ensure compliance and manage disputes.
