Excellent Sous Role in Country Estate - Immediate Start Available - Day Shifts A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based near Aylesbury for a Sous Chef to work at their busy country estate. The property serves all fresh food each service to restaurant and cafeteria customers. The role is Wednesday to Sunday straight day shifts with some occasional evenings required for events throughout the year. Salary & Benefits Salary to £35k + tips Meals & Uniform 33 days holiday Straight Day Shifts Free Parking Staff Discounts The Role Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs Working in the kitchen using fresh and seasonal ingredients Preparing and plating meals Day shifts Weds - Sunday The Person You will already be a Chef de Partie Able to work unsupervised and have strong management skills Have experience of working in a busy hotel, pub or restaurant Good attention to detail Application.
