TITLE: Chef De Partie, 2 rosette Restaurant pushing for 3 rosettes Salary £32,000 THE COMPANY This client is a Restaurant with rooms with 2 rosettes and pushing for 3 rosettes plus more accolades in the next 5 years. The owners are very flexible but are also very ambitious and are looking for a talented Chef De Partie to join them and the Head Chef on the journey. THE POSITION As the Chef De Partie you will be running a section producing and maintaining the high standards set by the Head Chef. This is a real opportunity to be creative while being supported by the Head Chef and owners to achieve your goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in 2 rosette restaurants or fresh food establishments, but this is not essential we will also look at Commis Chefs looking for their first Chef De Partie role.
