Scheme Manager Ashford / Benenden Permanent - £31,819 Full time or part time Are you passionate about supporting older residents in maintaining their tenancies and well-being? We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Scheme Manager to join a Housing Association, on either a part-time basis at 1 site or full-time basis across 2 sites (Ashford and Benenden). THE ROLE As Scheme Manager, you will be responsible for supporting residents by handling a variety of tenancy issues and ensuring the health and safety of the scheme. Key responsibilities include: Assisting residents with low-level anti-social behaviour issues and repairs queries. Helping new tenants settle into their homes and adjust to the community. Performing regular health & safety inspections, including fire checks and building security. Ensuring communal areas are clean and well-maintained. Engaging with tenants to encourage socialisation and healthy living. Collaborating with colleagues to deliver positive outcomes for residents. Managing multiple tasks and travelling between sites as necessary.THE CANDIDATE The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar housing or scheme management role, and will thrive in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment. Key experience includes: Understanding of issues facing older residents. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively. Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities. Full driving licence and the ability to travel between schemes.THE CONTRACT This is a permanent role with a salary of £31,819 for full-time positions (pro-rata for part-time).
