SECURITY CLEARED Project Manager-Buildings DesignsPlymouth (Hybrid) - up to a week in a month on-siteRegular meet in BristolUp to £65 per hour A prominent force in Defence, Nuclear, Marine industries is looking for a SECURITY CLEARED Package Manager / Assistant Project Manager Buildings. From aerospace and defense to energy and transportation, they deliver bespoke solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of its diverse clientele. You'll work with multi-discipline infrastructure system designs to provide an overall sustainment capability improving the buildings capability. You will be involved in providing support to the Project Manager Buildings who is managing the contract of new Buildings designs. Responsibilities:-You will be focusing on owning the verification of the Consultants design documentation.Managing the design through RIBA stages 2 - 4.Translate supply chain reporting into useable data to inform planning, monitoring and control of work packages.Provide input to cost and budget monitoring.Skills:-Active Security Clearance (SC)Experience in managing designs.APM qualification would be useful.NEC3 or 4CEMARReview of cost and finances / reporting.
