Due to the continued sucess and expansion of the the team we are looking for a a high energy residential building surveyor to join our multi-disciplinary team and help drive our surveying function forward.Our professional services include party wall surveys, building surveys, structural surveys, and contract administration. The practice is regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and CIAT, providing comprehensive design solutions for domestic and commercial projects. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Building Surveyor at WBC Group. The Surveyor will be responsible for production of level 2 Homebuyers and Level 3 Full Building Surveys. Some remote work is acceptable, and the role will require some travel to Wiltshire, Bath and Bristol Etc. The right candidate will get opportunities in time to train other skills such as party wall, defect analysis, CDM Principal Designer and Contract Administration.Qualifications RequiredBuilding Pathology Skills Knowledge of building regulations and construction techniquesMRICS or AssocRICS QualificationExperience producing residential reportsKnowledge of Residential Building TechniquesAbility to work as part of a team.Good communicationRICS degree or SAVA trainingDesirable SkillsTechnical Drawing/Sketching and Architectural Drawings skills
