CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR Up to 30 hours a week, Monday to Friday Hybrid – 2 days working from home (WFH) £24,000 (pro rata) plus private healthcare, death in service, critical illness, employee discounts, social events and more! If you’re currently in customer service, retail, hospitality or healthcare and looking for an office-based role, full training is provided to support your transition. As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll assist clients through inbound/outbound calls, live chat, email, and web inquiries, while managing administrative tasks. To be successful as a Customer Service Advisor you will need: GCSEs in English and Maths. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident, positive attitude. Previous experience in customer service, problem resolution, contact/call centres, administration, office management, hospitality, retail, or healthcare. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT literacy. Ability to multitask, input data, and engage in conversations effectively.
