Project Manager

Konnect Recruit are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a specialist contractor based in Hampshire who specialises in high-quality new build projects.

Salary & Package:

• Offering up to 75,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Managing the planning, coordination and financial details of construction projects from conception to completion.
• Managing the building contracts including the compliance of contract terms and conditions, preparing and issuing contract notices for payment, delays and instructions.
• Oversee the performance of projects to ensure they are completed to the correct specification, programme on time and within budget.
• Vetting and appointing contractors and suppliers.
• Producing tendering documents, work schedules and reports
