Marketing Assistant  Salary: Negotiable & dependent upon experience + benefits Location: Remote working occasional travelling across Fostering Services We have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and dynamic individual to join our services as a Marketing Assistant  to work across services in the fostering division (By the Bridge, Fostering Support Group, Park Foster Care and TLC Fostering).   You will be working in partnership with services across the division to develop campaigns to support the increase in new fostering households to meet the needs of children in care. The role will support the Marketing Manager and services to respond to the needs of local authorities in England and Wales ensuring that we recruit and assess foster carers in line with regulatory requirements and the Statement of Purpose for the respective services. It should also be noted that role may have additional duties based on service needs and will be defined in consultation with the Marketing Manager. About CareTech Fostering Division:  The Fostering Division is made up of four unique, innovative and dynamic independent fostering agencies providing high quality foster care and services to children and their foster families. These include By the Bridge, Fostering Support Group, Park Foster Care and TLC Fostering. Our services are based in England and Wales working in partnership with local authorities to meet the needs of children and young people. Services provide a range of placements with support from a multi-disciplinary team working directly with foster parents. We aim to create an environment where all people feel valued and can grow, develop and achieve their goals.  We work to ensure that the fostering division is an innovative, creative and dynamic organisation, whom thrives on the diversity of its staff, families and children, to ensure that we assist and care for those most vulnerable, and advocate with them, and on their behalf. You will assist with providing a high quality, efficient and timely services to improve the lives of children and young people, ensuring foster parents and visitors are welcomed and supported. The ideal candidate will have experience in working in an office environment, be a strong team player with a can-do attitude and ability to use own initiative. Responsibilities Develop, schedule, and publish compelling social media content across multiple platforms. Craft impactful copy for the fostering division websites and other digital/print channels. Design and produce eye-catching digital and printed materials in line with our brand guidelines. Assist in creating newsletters to share important updates and stories within the fostering division. Provide administrative support for the day-to-day operations of the marketing department. Contribute fresh ideas to our marketing strategy.
