Harvey Nash is partnering with a leading business based in Hull as they look for an IT Support Technician to join their team.
The ideal candidate will provide outstanding service across a range of first line hardware and software issues primarily in a Windows environment including tools such as Active Directory, O365, and Windows 10/11
Experience of interest:
? Providing outstanding technical support in a Windows environment.
? Providing outstanding service to customers and colleagues.
? Active Directory, Office 365, Windows 10, Hardware, Software configuration.
? 1 or 2 years experience in IT with a desire to progress your career.
? Basic networking and server support would be beneficial.
? Able to demonstrate Root Cause Analysis on a variety of technical issues would be desirable.
? Full UK Driving License is required
This is a permanent role paying up to £30,000, 5 days on-site, pension, holidays (+ bank holidays), learning and development opportunities(Certifications).
