Position: Site Manager FRA and Voids on Social Housing

Site Manager required for FRA works (fire doors) and Voids (kitchen and bathrooms and full redecorations) on a social housing framework in Brent. You will report to a visiting Projects Manager and be responsible for the successful delivery of the project from inception through to completion and hand over.
Project: FRA works (fire doors) and Voids (kitchen and bathrooms and full redecorations) on a social housing framework in Brent. The project is tenants in situ for the FRA works and vacant for the Voids.
