The role includes Personal Assistant (PA) responsibilities for the Founders and Managing Director as well as customer services. This position is critical to underpin the team and support the sales activities and will require someone who is organised and enthusiastic.Specific ResponsibilitiesMaking optimisations to the website to improve conversions based on data and feedbackWorking collaboratively to fix website issues and troubleshoot problems with developersAdministration of affiliates, contributing to strategic plans to grow the affiliate team and organising eventsDrafting mailouts and supporting the organisation and categorisation of mailing lists and reporting on activitiesEnsuring content plans are followed and are well organisedSupporting the sales team to meet ambitious goalsProviding excellent customer service on the phone and via emailsOffice administration: ordering stationery and supplies, taking meter readings and ad hoc services to support the office working efficientlyAdministration of monthly tests of products and the facilityResearch into procurement of ingredients, developing relationships with partnersActing as a Personal Assistant for the Founders and Managing Director: booking flights, arranging visas, booking appointments and organising diaries.Supporting the needs of the team and promoting a harmonious environmentThe ideal candidate wouldHave 2 years of experience in marketing or sales activitiesBe extremely well organised and efficientBe able to juggle various activities and prioritise important jobsBe enthusiastic and energeticUnderstand the basics of health and have an interest in the microbiomeFull training provided onOur range of probiotics for gut health, cleaning, gardening, pets and agricultureCustomer servicesShopify: our website providerKlaviyo: our mailout providerBrewman: our software to manage the breweryOur brandThey are looking for people who are aligned with our brand values outlined below.They exist to reconnect people with nature.
