Smart Teachers are recruiting for an experienced Teaching Assistant to join a 2 form entry school in the Hammersmith area. About the role Role starts in January 2025 and will be until the end of the academic year Required to work 1:1 with a KS1 pupil who has Autism Pupil can struggle to focus in class and will need to be supported with play based activities in the sensory room Pupil does display challenging behaviour, needs someone who can be patient and set clear boundaries About the school 2 form entry school in Hammersmith Supportive SLT and Teachers who will also provide support and additional training for staff School has a sensory room and quiet room set up for students with SEN School offers onsite parking for staff Requirements To be considered for the role of Teaching Assistant you will: Have an enhanced child workforce DBS on the update service Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications.
