Bar Manager Casa do Frango London Bridge Casa do Frango London Bridge is a 200 cover dining space set across two floors, welcoming 3000 guests each week. The site also contains a charming private dining room and the Green Room a 45-cover speakeasy bar. Its our flagship site that opened in 2018 to rave reviews from the likes of Jay Rayner and Marina OLoughlin. As a Bar Manager, you will be Head of the bar Department, reporting directly to the GM and responsible for all beverage operations in the restaurant. Key Responsibilities Guest experience: Lead the team to deliver a best-in-class drinks programme to all guests Oversee all bar operations across 2 dispense bars and 1 cocktail bar (Green Room) Product: Ensure all drinks and bar offerings are delivered consistently, to the required standard Assist GM & Ops in developing new cocktails People: Recruit and manage the bar team & Beverage related training and inductions Lead pre-service briefings, trainings & tastings for the team Systems & Processes Prep & pre-batching management Beverage stock orders and stock counts Ownership of beverage GPs Ownership of all recipes, documents and other SOPs relating to the beverage programme and operations Health & safety We offer our team: 50% employee discount across all MJMK sites £500 employee referral bonus Great career development opportunities as we expand in 2025 Mental health and well-being assistance Enhanced maternity and paternity pay after your first year with us, and an enhanced pension plan An extra day of holiday every year youre with us 1 month sabbatical, with two weeks paid after 5 years of service.
