This role requires a blend of technical expertise in AI and machine learning (ML) technologies, strategic vision for AI-driven solutions, and leadership capabilities to guide cross-functional teams. This is a hands-on technical role that also requires the ability to effectively communicate and sell our AI services to clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in AI and machine learning, coupled with excellent consulting and leadership skills.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement AI strategies aligned with Keyrus services and client needsLead data scientists, AI engineers, and consultants collaborating with executives to establish AI roadmapsServe as the primary AI subject matter expert for clientsPresent AI solutions, identify new AI opportunities and support business development with proposals and pre-sales activitiesOversee AI project lifecycle from concept to delivery, ensuring on-time, within-scope project completionGuide design and deployment of AI/ML models, integrate the latest tools, and ensure quality delivery and performance optimizationMentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative environment focused on innovationEnsure AI solutions adhere to ethical standards, data privacy, and regulatory complianceRequirements for the roleBachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related fieldProven track record in managing AI projects and leading technical teams+ 5 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning+ 3 years in leadership or management roles, preferably in a consulting environmentProficiency in Python and/or RExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)Familiarity with Data engineering and AI ethicsStrong communication, client engagement and problem-solving skillsAvailability to travelFluent in English.
