We are looking for an experienced claims professional to join a large London based Claims team to provide a prompt, accurate and efficient claims service for the benefit of Miller, its clients and the market. With a hybrid working pattern and exposure to high profile clients; this role provides an excellent opportunity for a claims broker to come in. This role will enable you to further develop and expand client relationships in this market facing role, and because of the close working relationship with the placing team, there is superb scope for development and growth in this role.Role Responsibilities Ensure a swift response and settlement of claims, whilst constantly reviewing service standardsNegotiate claims with markets in order to maximise client retentionProvide advice to clients where required in respect of claimsEnsure timely processing of all claims documents and answer enquires relating to claims processingEnsure the secure, efficient and auditable handling of client monies and proactively manage paymentsMaintain and update in-house systemsLiaise with placing teams and other areas of Miller to ensure overall client requirements are metPrepare statistical claims data for both internal and external useMaintain strong client and market relationships as appropriatePerform quality control checks on all documentationAdhere to and meet fully the expectations of Miller, as set out in its policies and procedures, training material, and embedded in its systems and controls.
