Territory Business Manager – Operating Room Care SettingLondon, South of the M25 preferred12 – Month initial contract, total salary package £68k plus care allowanceScope:Our client are a global technology company who operate in over 100 countries. They continue to dominate the market, and as a result, are seeking a motivated individual to join their team in London. As a high calibre Territory Sales Manager, you will be rewarded with a great sales incentive bonus plan and many other benefits.Responsibilities:Achieving account-level sales and penetration objectives.Driving utilization of the product portfolio, according to the planned product mix objectives.Developing and managing favorable relationships with key decision makers (procurement leads, EBME leads, physicians, wound care nurses, nursing staff and others).Improving surgical site infection knowledge and providing clinical training and education to customers.Supporting clinical trials and product testing.Participating in customer events (congress, workshops, etc...), when required.Developing a territory sales plan to prioritize account calls, activities, penetration and usage.About You:Sales experience within the medical (or life science) industry preferred but not essentialProven sales experience is essentialLife science or Business Degree or equivalent preferred but not essentialEnthusiastic and highly motivatedCaring personality and motivated to improving the health and well-being of othersVery good relationship building skillsTeam player with strong inter-personal skillsHighly effective influencing skillsExcellent presentation and education skills, both oral and writtenAbility to deal effectively in all business relationships while projecting a positive image of the companyIf you're interested in the above role then please click apply or get in touch to discuss further.Consult will endeavour to contact candidates within 14 days of application.
