Warehouse Supervisor

We have taken a new role for a warehouse supervisor for our client based in Hayes on a permanent basis. Monday - Friday 6am - 2.30pm £28,000 - £30,000 per annum Duties Include: * Despatch & Deliveries * Running delivery notes * Goods inwards * Stock control and management * Picking items from stock and ensuring all orders are prepared for delivery * Ensuring all routes are prepared for departure in the morning * Ensuring vehicles are loaded safely and effectively * Ensuring each day’s deliveries and paperwork have left the warehouse * Ensuring that the day’s deliveries are allocated effectively (in collaboration with colleagues) * Ensuring that vehicles leave in a timely manner, to agreed schedules * Preparing allocating and scheduling timed and “off-route” deliveries into despatch schedule * Preparing and despatching orders by courier/mail * Recording all delivery and despatch information * Supporting holidays & absence with driver cover for deliveries as required Ideal candidate must have * Forklift licence * Clean Full UK driving licence Please note: As you can appreciate we are currently overwhelmed with applications of individuals looking for both short term and permanent work and we can therefore only contact those applications that have relevant skills for positions that we currently have available.
