Job Title: Dynamics 365 Business Central Account Manager Location: Remote/UK-Based (Travel to client sites as needed) Salary: Competitive + Benefits Overview: Our Microsoft Partner client is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central Account Manager to join their growing team. This role is pivotal in managing client relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and ensuring the successful delivery of Dynamics 365 BC solutions. You will work closely with clients, addressing their needs and identifying opportunities for growth, upselling, and enhancing their use of the platform. Key Responsibilities: Manage and nurture long-term relationships with clients using Dynamics 365 Business Central. Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring a deep understanding of clients’ business needs. Conduct regular client reviews, ensuring satisfaction with the platform and identifying opportunities for further improvement or expansion. Collaborate with internal teams (consultants, developers, and support teams) to deliver exceptional service and resolve any issues. Identify and execute upselling opportunities, offering additional services or products that enhance client performance. Ensure contract renewals are handled efficiently and that the client’s expectations are always met or exceeded. Work closely with project teams to ensure seamless implementation of new projects or functionalities. Skills & Experience: Proven experience as an Account Manager, preferably within a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment or another ERP system. Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude. Ability to manage multiple client accounts while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Experience in contract management, renewals, and upselling. Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Business Central or another ERP/subscription-based software is a plus.
