Are you enthusiastic about empowering teams and fostering a thriving workplace? We are seeking a dynamic and insightful People Advisor to join our trusted team of specialists and make a meaningful impact across our organisation.

About the Role:

As a People Advisor, you will play a key role in providing comprehensive advisory support and guidance. Leveraging your deep understanding of our organisation s strategic goals, service delivery objectives, and operational challenges, you will offer invaluable support to managers and colleagues. Your expertise will help shape an environment where everyone can perform at their best and achieve their potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Advisory Support: Use your knowledge of our organisation s goals to offer targeted advice and support, helping to create and maintain an environment where employees can thrive.

Comprehensive Guidance: Provide efficient and effective people-focused solutions, handling both foundational queries and more complex issues with expertise.

Coaching & Development: Guide line managers in addressing people risks, issues, and opportunities within their teams. Lead ad hoc learning sessions to address common development needs.

Employee Engagement: Contribute to enhancing employee engagement through focus groups, survey analysis, and the creation of guidelines and workshops to explore and act on survey findings.

What We are Looking For:

  • Expertise: A strong background in people advisory / HR generalist roles with a deep understanding of strategic and operational challenges, and up-to-date knowledge of good practice in HR policy, practices, and UK employment law.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent ability to convey complex information in a clear, actionable manner.
  • Coaching Ability: Experience in coaching and supporting managers to address people-related challenges and opportunities.
  • Engagement Focus: Proficiency in managing and analysing employee engagement activities, and implementing effective strategies based on findings.
