Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor Location: Romford, Essex Salary/Benefits: £25k - £40k + Training & Benefits Due to continued company growth, a position for a Legionella Risk Assessor has become available, within a well-regarded Environmental Consultancy. Experience / Qualifications: - Candidates must hold experience working as a Legionella Risk Assessor for a well-established outfit - Must hold the City & Guilds Legionella Risk Assessing (WMSoc) qualification as a minimum - Experience working across a mixed portfolio of Client sites, including: Commercial, Healthcare, Industrial and Local Authority - Strong IT and written proficiency The Role: - Undertaking Legionella Risk Assessments in accordance with ACOP L8 guidelines, predominantly on domestic hot & cold systems - Completing PPM water sampling and temperatre monitoring as required - Writing comprehensive Legionella Risk Assessment reports, identifying highlighted risks and recommended remedials - Producing thorough Schematic Drawings for reports - Liaising directly with Clients to organise appointments and discuss findings Alternative job titles: Water Hygiene Assessor, Legionella Consultant, Water Risk Assessor, Water Hygiene Engineer, Environmental Consultant, Water Hygiene Risk Assessor.
