Class 1 HGV Drivers (C+E) Days and Nights

Resolute Logistics Recruitment are looking for Class 1 AM/PM HGV Drivers (Cat CE) to support our Client based in Burton On Trent.
We are working in working in partnership with our Client on the Royal Mail Contract, to recruit HGV (C+E) Class 1 Drivers for the Christmas peak period. After successfully completing an assessment, you will be required to trunk parcels and mail between depots across the Royal Mail Network. There are various start times available and you will be given 5 - 6 shifts, 1 week in advance. There is very little manual handling involved in this role. Shifts are planned between 10-12 hours and are paid as below:
Days £190.52 per shift
Nights £201.73 per shift
Saturday £235.35 per shift
Sunday £246.55 per shift
Rates are PAYE including holiday pay (for rates accruing holiday pay, please contact us)
The successful HGV driver must:
- Hold a valid C&E Driving licence
- DCPC Valid card for Driver Certificate of professional competence card
- Min of 12 months experience in C+E role (for insurance purposes)
- Good working knowledge of EU Driver hours and WTR rules
- Health & Safety awareness
