Finance Transformation - P2P Process Lead

The Consultancy Group are seeking a SAP Procure to Pay (PTP) Process Lead to join our team. This role focuses on business-facing process improvement within a project-based environment and is key to managing SAP Procure to Pay processes.60 – 65 per hourIndustry – MediaLocation - LondonWorking with the Global SAP Solution & Platform – S4 HANA, this position will ensure that SAP PTP processes are aligned with the global standard while overseeing implementationKey Responsibilities:Act as the PTP process owner and representative on the Global SAP Platform, maintaining the integrity and consistency of PTP processes across all regions.Collaborate with the PTP Pillar Lead and Senior Manager for Corporate Planning (Procurement) to plan, assess, and implement system and process changes.Drive process improvement projects, focusing on alignment, automation, and streamlining of PTP systems across the company.Manage SAP PTP change requests from initiation through to testing and implementation, coordinating with IT for any cross-system impacts.Provide ongoing SAP PTP support, training, and documentation to ensure that business users are informed and processes are aligned.Ensure that the global process model is applied consistently and efficiently across all regions.Support the finance team by troubleshooting and resolving any critical PTP issues.Maintain process documentation, training materials, and manage the PTP key user network across all Accounting Regions.Ensure compliance with the Global Process Model (GPM), working closely with Global Process Owners to manage and oversee PTP change requests.Required Skills & Experience:Strong knowledge of SAP Purchase to Pay (PTP) processes within finance.Proven experience in implementing and supporting SAP PTP processes across multiple companies and countries.Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical users.Experience working with an offshore SAP support model.Part or fully qualified accountant preferred.
