Assembly Team Leader

Assembly Team Leader Are you a hands-on expert in product assembly with a knack for leading and inspiring others? We’re looking for a skilled Assembly Operative who can not only assemble products with precision but also bring team leadership experience to the table. Duration: Permanent Daily duties: * Undertaking 121’s,RTWs, Disciplinary meetings and develop ways to promote within. * Work alongside your team is assembling products and leading by example in accurately following SOPs * Lead team meetings to communicate overall team performance * Work closely with fellow team leaders to ensure production flow is running smoothly and implement new ideas to improve products * Ensure and Monitor 5S Activities, making sure all tool and jigs are in the right place * Offer training plans and manage progression within the team What we are looking for: * Management/Team Leading experience within a manufacturing setting * An understanding of mechanical/Electronic assembly * LEAN manufacturing experience desirable * Detail oriented and works in a structured and organised manner * Strong communication skills with the ability to train, mentor and present new ideas * Computer literate and able to use ERP systems * Ability to motivate others within the team If you have not received a response within 3-5 working days, unfortunately your application has been unsuccessful.
