CONTEXT AND PURPOSE OF THE ROLE The wholesale co-ordinator supports the whole sales team to achieve KPIs and deliver the wholesale strategy. They are an enthusiastic, commercially minded and proactive individual, with experience working with wholesale accounts. They will report to one of the Strategic Channel Managers, however, will support across all channels. They will have an interest in fashion and will be eager to learn about the brand. They will act as a brand ambassador to promote the brand position and achieve the brand vision: to become the most inspiring brand in Fashion Sport. They will strive to improve profitability and desirability, while respecting the company’s values. MAIN REPONSIBILITIES AND MISSION Manage stock lists and support NAMS and Ams with driving weekly re-orders. Support across all wholesale channels with data & imagery uploads, as well as providing operational support where needed. Support with NS deals, provide NS sell-in tools, place orders & follow up to ensure delivery. Fully responsible for the engagement and growth of the B2B platform. Implementing initiatives to drive re-orders and grow the orderbook. To be the key contact for all B2B customers - answering queries appropriately and in a timely manner. Support all NAMs and AMs as and when required. Assist with market/showroom set-up and sales appointments. Support with admin/portal requirements for all key accounts. Provide product assortments for selected B2B customers. To support the wholesale team with customer queries effectively and efficiently where required. Supporting the team to maintain and update sales tools: contact lists, store mapping etc. MAIN SKILLS, COMPETENCIES, KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED Wholesale experience with a premium lifestyle brand is preferred Excellent communication and listening skills Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint Ability to multi-task efficiently Exceptional attention to detail Ability to thrive in a challenging, fast paced and dynamic environment Autonomous self-starter, intuitive and proactive.
