Insurance focused Associate Directors & Directors required to grow client coverage within a leading corporate & financial communications advisor. The Client: Top Ranked Corporate & Financial Communications ConsultancyThis communications consultancy has an excellent reputation for blending financial PR, corporate advisory, reputation management, digital and ESG strategies. Campaigns have included building the narratives to support £multi-billion IPOs and complex M&A transactions, to insight backed campaigns promoting thought leaders driving energy transition and the increasing importance of the green economy. The senior management team are sort after corporate advisors with established pedigree and after several other strategic hires, the team is now looking for additional Directors to grow their roster of insurance sectors.They have a proven track record of nurturing and promoting talent as well as placing staff well-being as a key priority in growth plans and aligning commercial interests with bonuses and longer term incentives. The role: Associate Directors & Directors – Insurance – Corporate Communications Associate Directors & Directors will help to spearhead the growth of their insurance sector client coverage. The firm already has existing insurance clients from Lloyds syndicates to investors and but see additional growth opportunities. With the support of senior management, these roles will leverage strong industry networks to originate new business and build their book of clients. Initially the role will be c.60% new business focused while new retainers are developed. Client billable hours will subsequently increase with client coverage.
