Looking for a Site Manager to join a leading Property services company on an Planned Maintenance contract based in Basildon and surrounding areas

- We are after an established Site Manager who has a track record of delivering planned maintenance projects and external works to include, windows, EWI, internal and external decorations
- Can Manage Sub-Contractors and Suppliers to ensure quality control is maintained
- Will Attend pre and post-inspection works and advise on appropriate action and job requirements and assist with design solutions

Previous work on Social housing contracts is a must
You will need:
- SMSTS
- First aid
- UK Driving licence
