ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR UP TO £60,000 LONDON Harnham is working with a dynamic and innovative market research firm, that is currently seeking an Associate Director to join their team. THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: As an Associate Director, you will play a key role in delivering high-impact research solutions to clients across multiple sectors. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of methodologies, from brand tracking to segmentation, and contribute to the success of our client's projects. Key Responsibilities include: Manage client relationships effectively, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project objectives. Utilize a wide range of research methodologies and techniques to conduct in-depth analysis. Produce high-quality, well-designed research outputs that meet client expectations. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work. Manage project financials efficiently to ensure projects stay within budget. Demonstrate strong project management skills, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations. Mentor and develop junior team members, contributing to a culture of learning and growth within the organization. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Proven experience in client management within the market research industry. Comprehensive knowledge of various research methodologies, with a specific focus on quantitative research. Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work. Proficient in project financial management. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
