About the Role * Brief Intervention Service: Work intensively with families for up to six months, co-creating child and family assessments, family-led plans, and delivering targeted support through Family Space Clinics. * Family Safeguarding Service: Join a collaborative team of Social Workers and Practitioners across mental health, substance misuse, and domestic abuse, supporting families in three Wandsworth clusters: Roehampton, Battersea, and Tooting. Ideal Candidate We are looking for compassionate, proactive Social Workers who: * Hold Social Work England membership and have completed their ASYE Year. * Bring experience from both voluntary and statutory sectors, with applied knowledge of relevant legislation. * Demonstrate strong communication and relationship-building skills, understanding the needs of children and young people.
