Office Fit Out Project Manager Position: Office Fit Out Project Manager Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum Location: Manchester Contract: Full-time, Permanent Working Hours: Office-based, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday Start Date: ASAP Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional office fit out projects? We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading company in the construction and office fit out industry, who is seeking a talented Project Manager to join their dynamic team in Manchester. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Oversee the entire office fit out project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client needs and expectations are met. Sub-Contractor Coordination: Manage and coordinate sub-contractors, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines. Budgeting and Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Monitor and report on project progress and financials. Problem-Solving: Address any issues or challenges that arise during the project, implementing solutions swiftly to keep the project on track. Compliance: Ensure all projects are completed in accordance with health and safety regulations and company standards. Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager in the office fit out or construction industry. Strong knowledge of project management principles, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and sub-contractors. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the construction industry.Why Join Our Client?
