We're on the hunt for an experienced Head of DevOps to jump on board with a leading powerhouse in the Energy sector, as they soar to new heights. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Analyst to join our team and play a crucial role in our business transformation initiatives within the energy industry. This position involves analysing current business processes ("as is") and envisioning and designing improved processes ("to be") to drive efficiency, innovation, and sustainability in our operations. 1- Business Process Analysis: Conduct comprehensive assessments of current business processes, systems, and workflows within the energy sector. Engage with stakeholders across various levels of the organization to elicit, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements. Utilize techniques such as workshops, interviews, and surveys to gather insights. 3- Transformation Planning: Develop and articulate the “to be” vision for business processes and systems, outlining potential changes and key improvements. 4- Data Analysis and Reporting: Leverage data analytics to inform decision-making and track progress towards transformation objectives. Create business cases, project plans, and reports to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Serve as a liaison between business units, IT, and external partners throughout the transformation process. Assist in the development of change management strategies to support the successful implementation of new processes and systems. Provide training and resources to team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Conduct benchmarking studies to assess organizational performance against industry standards. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the energy or utilities sector, with a focus on business transformation. Strong knowledge of business process modeling, analysis techniques, and tools (e.g., Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools). Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is preferred.
