Their mission is to give employers the power to improve their employee's financial futures and help reduce carbon emissions at the same time. They have done this by creating the World's first Net 0 Pension and an interactive app alongside it that employees can use to have visibility and understanding of their pensions. They grew rapidly over the pandemic and Natwest has just bought 85% of their business for £144million. This is a strategic move by Natwest to enable the bank to expand into the workplace savings space. This Company works with some amazing clients like Heineken, Morgan Stanley, EY & BP! You will be reporting directly into the Sales Director and in a sales team with other SDRs we have placed.
