Freelance Site Manager

Principle contractor are looking for a freelance Site Manager to assist existing site team on the construction of a new build warehouse which includes high bay docking areas, dispatch building and associated office area. Working as part of the management team for the delivery of this scheme you will be responsible for the supervision of all on site contractors to ensure safe working, site inductions, health & safety, checking RAMS, permits to work etc. Project would require someone who has experience working on new build logistics/industrial unit schemes and ideally to have experience with health & safety management and HV/LV electrical works Working hours will generally be 7am-6pm Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays CSCS Card, First Aid and SMSTS certificates are mandatory, no application will be considered with all of them Further details contact on (phone number removed) or (url removed)
