Company description: Addleshaw Goddard's Construction team in Manchester is actively seeking a Construction Associate with over 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) for a full-time, non-contentious role. This opportunity arises from new client mandates, offering the chance to work with FTSE 100 and local clients on a variety of construction and project work. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building a long-term career with us, providing quality, commercial advice to our clients. Our Real Estate Group, one of the largest at Addleshaw Goddard, includes over 250 team members, with the Construction sector comprising 24 partners (4 in Manchester) and over 100 other fee earners. The Manchester team is renowned for its specialist experience, commerciality, and innovative approach, maintaining high rankings in both Legal 500 and Chambers. The team advises on all aspects of Construction Law across various sectors, offering support to our Real Estate, Banking, and Projects teams. Job description: In this role, you will support a wide range of construction work, acting as a trusted advisor to government bodies, sponsors, funders, developers, and more. You will play a key role in maintaining and developing client relationships, working collaboratively on high-value client matters, and taking early responsibility within a supportive environment. Required profile: Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in Construction matters with a non-contentious focus, demonstrate resilience, ambition, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a consultative approach to their work.
