Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a well-established local authority based in Newcastle. They are looking for a Housing Management Lawyer to join their growing team.

Temporary assignment: 3 months ongoing contract.

Responsibilities:

• Handle your own House Management Caseload from start to completion.
• Keep up-to-date with changes in housing legislation and advise clients accordingly.
• Be responsible for advising housing litigation matters, preparing court proceedings and documentation.
