Senior Account Manager – £40,000 - £45,000 – London / Hybrid Seeking a Senior Account Manager, either an impressive AM looking for that next step, or a solid SAM after a new challenge. To work with some interesting clients as well as support the New Bus team for a world-class creative production agency. Fantastic work culture, supportive and encouraging of personal growth Working across a range of deliverables including OOH, socials, TVC, print and digital Central location and hybrid working As a Senior Account Manager you will be working closely with the Account Director to manage accounts, oversee multi-disciplinary production projects, and maintain key relationships with clients and agency partners. You will focus on production, ensuring the smooth execution of large-scale campaigns across print, digital, retouching, and video. Additionally, the role involves supporting New Business initiatives by assisting with RFIs, pitch materials, presentations, and case studies. Effective stakeholder management and delivering high-quality results are central to this position. Oversee accounts, assess client needs, and manage multi-disciplinary production projects. Support the AD in achieving financial and strategic goals for clients. Assist the AD in account planning, process management, and overall project coordination across all workstreams. Collaborate closely with the creative team to understand the strategic foundation of each campaign and the assets available for market adaptation. Coordinate workflows with internal production teams (Video, Print, Digital) to ensure seamless campaign delivery. Consolidate and analyze quarterly reports from all projects. Manage budgets, including reconciliation and income reporting. Evaluate campaign learnings and apply them to improve service efficiency and quality. Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to clients and stakeholders, with support from the AD. Oversee the Team’s Account Manager(s). Manage multiple projects and clients concurrently. Support the leadership team with RFIs, pitch materials, creative deck presentations, and case studies. Assist with the production, planning, and submission of award entries, collaborating with planners, account teams, and the leadership team to define strategy and content. Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities. ~ Proficient in PowerPoint/Keynote, with additional skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) We seek individuals from the widest talent pool and aim to best represent the communities in which we operate.
