We are you an ambitious Senior Architect or Project architect with experience working on one-off or high-end residential projects? Want to work in a Revit-based practice where training is provided? The Company Our client are mid-sized (25 people) design-led practice in Central London who are specialist in a range of high end projects for both private a commercial clients. Their project portfolio is diverse including large bespoke residential and high-end commercial projects. Projects are typically between £4-20 million in value. The team are passionate about their work and there is a friendly and sociable working environment, with incredible career progression on offer. The studio are now 100% Revit based on all projects. The Opportunity You will be trained in Revit and will be working on Revit based-projects You will get to take a leading role on some incredibly interesting projects where high quality design isn't constrained by budget Progression is fast and is mapped out, so you always know what you need to achieve to be promoted Join a group of like-minded, welcoming and friendly architects where everyone enjoys going to work. The Requirements: Qualified architect (ARB), or equivalent Willing to be trained in Revit Experience of working as a Project Architect or Senior Architect in a UK-based architectural practice Experience working on UK based projects and good knowledge of the UK building regs Experience on one off residential projects OR high end residential projects OR projects for private clients OR small-medium scale high quality/well designed projects Salary and Package £43,000 - £52,000 salary annual Bonus 25 days holiday Bank holidays Private Healthcare Flexible working hours 1-2 days working from home per week Friday early finish and more For this Senior Architect / project architect position, Candidates with notice periods up to 3 months will be considered, however, an immediate start is also available.
