The Client Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing customer satisfaction, managing client services, utilizing analytical skills for data assessment, effective communication with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsuring client projects are delivered on time, on scope, and in budgetPreparing / ensuring audit template accuracy for each audit pillar project Preparing / ensuring the accuracy of audit data analysis and case selection Ensuring the technical expertise deployed on each project meets the needs of the scope Delivery of quality assurance to the client including engagement, data, timeliness, technical content, presentation and scope deliveryEnsuring the accuracy of SX3 records in relation to hours scheduled / booked and costs of client projectsQualificationsMinimum 15 years’ claims management experienceEnd to end claims process knowledgeAuditing / audit Quality AssuranceClaims data analysis familiarityProject management experience
