Job Title: Plumber Location: Chingford Salary: £38500 - £40000 Start Date: October Qualifications and Driving licence required Details of this Plumber Role: As a Plumber, you will perform maintenance duties within the social housing sector and represent your employer professionally. This Plumber role involves managing your own daily assigned jobs, starting from your home. Tasks include all aspects of plumbing repairs and replacements of sinks water tanks, and bathrooms.  In addition to plumbing you will have associated skills and experience in basic carpentry, tiling, painting/decorating and patch plastering repairs..This Plumber role is a temporary to permanent position and will expect you to have effective communication skills, have experience of working in a building and/or housing maintenance environment including a knowledge of a varied housing stock.
