I am working with a growing, Private Equity backed Financial Services firm based in London who are looking for an HR Lead to join their business.
To be considered the candidate will need:
- Financial Services background
- Strong HR Business Partnering experience leading an HR team
- M&A and Tupe experience is a MUST
- Experience working in a fast paced, global matrix business managing people change and transformation
The role responsibilities will include:
- Being a strategic partner and supporting the Global People strategy. This involves aligning People initiatives with business goals.
- Develop, implement, and improve the company's employee relations strategy to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Supporting the business and taking a lead on any M&A related activity including TUPE's
- Collaborate with People and legal teams to establish and update employee relations policies and procedures that comply with employment laws.
- Build strong relationships with management and employees to understand the business needs and challenges, gaining credibility and influence within the company.
- Advise the business on people-related processes and risks, working closely with Specialist functions and the People Operations Team.
- Leading an HRBP team and helping manage all employee relations issues, encouraging the business to take accountability and effectively manage risks related to HR matters.
- Collaborate with the People Analytics Manager to provide relevant people related analytics to managers and leaders, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Facilitate the delivery of performance management, rewards, and talent management processes for the relevant business areas.
- Utilize data and metrics to identify trends for employee relations effectiveness.
