You’re also an expert permanent recruiter who understands the importance of qualifying vacancies, leveraging the right sourcing strategies and staying in touch with candidates throughout the process. As well as ensuring the team are providing candidates with exceptional service, you’ll be adept at building relationships with your clients, and they’ll grow to trust and, indeed, rely on the advice you give them. You’ll understand the complexities and challenges they face in their business so your background in technology or financial services recruitment will be a core strength.
