x6 UX Designer Engineers Needed - Tech Startup - Revolutionary Opportunity Areti Group is thrilled to partner with an innovative tech startup that has recently secured Series A funding. We're urgently seeking X6 UX Designer Engineers to join our elite team. These roles are remote, with travel expenses covered for occasional trips to our office locations. Lean UX - Experience As a UX Designer Engineer, you’ll work closely with Product and Engineering teams to design intuitive, user-centric experiences. Your role will blend design thinking , research , and technical know-how to create functional, accessible, and delightful products at scale. User Research: Conduct user research to understand needs, behaviors, and pain points using interviews, surveys, and usability tests. Design & Prototyping: Create wireframes, storyboards, and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design concepts. Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to ensure design feasibility and value. User Testing: Present findings to both commercial and technical stakeholders. Partner with Developers to ensure accurate implementation. Facilitate design discussions and workshops. Design System Management: Maintain and contribute to the design system for consistency across products. Promote best practices in UX and accessibility. Document design processes and decisions. Design Skills: 3-7 years in UX/Product Design, ideally in a collaborative SaaS B2B environment. Lean UX - Experience Experience in multiple areas like interaction design, information architecture, or visual design. Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to work effectively with developers. Design Principles: Strong foundation in user-centered design and accessibility standards, with experience designing for web and mobile applications. Proficient in user research methods and translating data into actionable design improvements. Proficient in creating wireframes and interactive prototypes using modern design tools.
