In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the North London patch.Key Responsibilities:Conducting detailed plan reviews to ensure compliance with building regulations and standardsCarrying out inspections on construction sites at various stages of the building processProviding technical advice and guidance to clients, architects, and contractorsWorking closely with colleagues to find the best outcome.Job Requirements:A ranging experience in Building ControlKnowledge of current building regulations and standardsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to interpret complex architectural plans and drawingsOur client is open to considering candidates with different levels of experience, with Level 3 being desirable but Class 2 also being considered. The salary for this position is currently up to 75,000, with a car allowance of 4,800 per year and mileage reimbursement of 45p per mile. You will be required to spend 2 days in the office, and the package also includes 31 days of annual holiday, bank holidays, and a pension scheme.
